We are looking for a highly organized and strategic Scrum Master / Project Manager, with the ability to lead development teams through Agile and Kanban Methodologies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate operational excellence, project management adaptability, and a deep understanding of the technologies and solutions the team is tasked with maintaining and supporting.
- +5 years of experience as a Scrum Master / Project Manager;
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master and Project Manager in software development, working on complex projects with teams of 5 to 15 people;
- Strong understanding and experience in Agile and Kanban;Certifications in Scrum (CSM, PSM) and/or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2);
- Excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with great attention to detail;
- Proficient in software and project management tools;
- English: advanced/fluent.
- PJ Contract - salary range: 4k USD;
- Periodic salary review: review every 6 months;
